Beginners and experienced writers share their stories and other projects in a workshop atmosphere. Members work on life stories, fiction, poetry, drama and current observations. They occasionally read at the Forum or special events. This is an exciting time for the Writing Group, as they have just launched their first book. You can get a copy of "Colours of our Lives" for $10 at the Centre.

Stone Senior Centre open.
There are many ways you can
volunteer here at the Centre,
and we are always looking for
more people to help out.
You could work at our
Welcome Desk. We try to
have 2 volunteers for each shift.
The shifts are from 9:00-12:30 and
from 12:15-4:00.
