Jazz Fitness – Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm.  A fun way to stay active!!  All fitness levels welcome! $5 per class – no need to register, just drop in.  Facilitator: Deborah Stewart
 
8 form Beginner Tai Chi- We have a new class starting Wednesday, Sept 2nd at 9:15am. Cost $10 per class. Only 4 spots remaining.
 
Breakfast - Saturday, September 5th from 8:00 to 11:00. Sponsored by Parkland. All welcome!

Functional Mobility – Returning Tuesday, September 8th at 11:30am and Thursday, September 10th at 10:30am. One class a week $175 for 15 weeks or twice a week for $300 for 30 classes.
 
Grace in Motion- Returning Tuesday, September 8th at 1:00pm. $45 a month or $12 per class.
 
Backgammon- New day and Time- Tuesday, September 8th at 2:00pm. No charge.
 
Beginner Harmonica II- Returning Friday, September 11th at 1:00pm. No charge. Harmonica needs to be in the key of C.
 
Beginner Harmonica I- Returning Friday, September 11th at 2:30pm. No charge. Harmonica needs to be in the key of C.
 
Beginner Guitar Lessons- Returning Monday, September 14th at 1:00pm. Cost is $10 per session
 
Intermediate Guitar Lessons- Returning Monday, September 14th at 2:15pm. Cost is $10 per session
 
Simply Making Art Together- Returning Wednesday September 16th at 11am. Cost is $7 per class
 
Calendar Notes: Acoustic Jam on Mondays is at 3:15 not 3:45. Core Strength & Mobility is not happening in September (error on Thursday September 24.) This program is returning in October.

Debit accepted as of September 1 – Please note that this service does not include the use of credit cards.  Debit only!
Basil, Thyme, Lemon Balm – The   Gardening Committee invites our members to harvest the herbs that are ready!
 
Parking – During the Frex (Sept. 7-13) parking is at a premium in the afternoons.  The Centre’s parking lot is the small one to the east of the Centre.  We have prepared signs for our members to place on their dash indicating they’re members of the Centre.  Pick one up at the front desk.  Centre Volunteers will be at the entrance to make sure that only our members park there. 
 
You Love Our Jam... We'd Love Your Jars!  We'd love to give the jars a second life! We're looking for 250 ml jars.  If you have any, and bring them in, we'd really appreciate it.
 
Members! You can rent the Centre for family celebrations and pay 50% of the rental fee!
 
Community Health:
 
Our Board of Directors asks you to please use the hand sanitizer available on entering the Centre.  Masks are available. If you are able to, please assist with the sanitizing of chairs and equipment used in your program. Together, let’s work to keep you and our Centre community healthy.

NBCC now offers free workshops, at various locations across the province, where nursing students will teach you and other caregivers helpful skills. You'll learn together how to find, use, and organize care and services for older adults in New Brunswick.  Here is the link- Workshops. You do need to register for the workshops. Workshops are held around the province.
