Cardiac Rehabilitation - Research teams from Horizon Health Network (HHN), the National Research Council Canada (NRC), and Dalhousie University want to explore and identify the unmet needs of cardiac rehabilitation programs across Atlantic Canadian provinces. Utilization of cardiac rehabilitation remains limited. Why is that? The project aims to gather experiences and perspectives from individuals who have had a cardiac event (e.g., heart attack, heart failure, heart surgery, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, etc.). Diverse input can help transform the way Atlantic Canadian provinces approach cardiac rehabilitation through the considerations of patient perspectives. We want to ensure we are hearing from individuals who both did and did not participate in a cardiac rehabilitation program. To access the survey, please click on the following link: PatientsVoice.ca | Cardiac Rehab Experience If you have any questions, please contact [email protected] Remember that clocks go forward Sunday March 9th. Storm Policy When schools are closed in the Fredericton region (Zone 6) due to weather and road conditions, the Centre is closed for the day.
