Cardiac Rehabilitation - Research teams from Horizon Health Network (HHN), the National Research Council Canada (NRC), and Dalhousie University want to explore and identify the unmet needs of cardiac rehabilitation programs across Atlantic provinces. The project aims to gather experiences and perspectives from individuals who have had a cardiac event (e.g., heart attack, heart failure, heart surgery, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, etc.). Diverse input can help transform the way Atlantic provinces approach cardiac rehabilitation through the considerations of patient perspectives. We want to ensure we are hearing from individuals who both did and did not participate in a cardiac rehabilitation program.
