Centre Posters – We have produced a laminated poster for promoting the Centre to Frederictonians who may not know we exist. Please help us share the word! Upcoming Latin Dance Fitness Demo- Friday, April 25th at 10:45. Low impact workout to Latin rhythms. Warm up, easy to follow steps (Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, Merengue, and Cha Cha Cha), and finish with stretching, relaxing, and refreshing. No experience needed. There will be 2-3 sessions of 3 hours each. You will be paid $15/hour + $20/session for transportation.
