Community Health: Our Board of Directors asks you to please use the hand sanitizer available on entering the Centre. Masks are available. If you are able to, please assist with the sanitizing of chairs and equipment used in your program. Together, let’s work to keep you and our Centre community healthy. Notices of Interest from the Centre: Membership Renewal – It’s time to renew your yearly membership, if you have not already. Only $25 for a full year of belonging, socializing, and accessing programs and activities. You can access the Membership Application online at www.SteppingStoneSeniorCentre.com or drop-in at the Centre. Membership Renewals must be in by April 1 to continue receiving the Weekly Update and the Monthly Calendar by email. Lost & Found – Please check the items left behind to retrieve any items you may have left behind by accident. Items not collected by the end of the month will be available at our next Yard Sale. Reminder: The Centre is closed all day and evening when the local schools (i.e. Anglophone West School District – Zone 6) are closed because of stormy weather or poor driving conditions. Any day that the Centre is closed, for any reason, a notice is emailed to Members, posted on Facebook, and announced on CBC Information Morning. Community Notices Men’s Wellness Collective – a Support Group meets every Tuesday at 6:30 pm at the Nomad Coffee (formerly The Abbey Café) 546 Queen St. Third Age Centre Event – Friday, March 27th at 10:00am. Fredericton Cultural Centre, 28 Saunders Street. Free of charge. All are welcome. Light refreshments will be provided. Five (5) organizations will present on how they provide opportunities for older adults to get active and stay active. We are keeping their identities quiet for now, we want you to come out and see who they are. Pre-registration is encouraged but they are happy to welcome you on the day of the event.
