Breakfast- Saturday Sept 6th from 8-11am. Cost is $10. Everyone is welcome
 
The Stepping Stone Singers invite you to join us to enjoy some current repertoire, learn new music and plan fall performances for local groups. Rehearsals start Thursday, September 11th, at 9:30 am. We are looking for all voice parts. Our style of music is middle of the road. For more information, contact Susan Wright, Director.
 
New Programs - Starting the week of the 15th.  Sign up by calling or coming in the Centre
 
Jazzercise- Tuesday Sept 16th at 6:30pm.Join Jazz Fitness for 50+ class — designed especially for beginners who want to move, stretch, and groove at their own pace. This class blends easy-to-follow jazz dance steps with gentle cardio and strength movements to help you improve balance, flexibility, and coordination. Low-impact, joint-friendly moves. Cost $30 per month or $ 8 for “Drop in”.
 
Yoga for Seniors- Demo class on Wed September 17th at 9:00 am. Classes start Sept 24th-An 8-week series with a theme. Each class builds on the last. Participants feel supported while enjoying a sense of progression. Drop in are welcome! Bring a mat, a pillow, and a blanket. Cost: $12 drop in and the $85 for the 8 weekly classes.
 
Simply Making Art Together-  Demo class on Wed Sept 17 at 11:00am We’ll talk; Mediums, Supplies, Experience, Process. Classes will start Sept 24th  at 11am and will cost $ 5
 
Ukulele Lessons- Info session Wed Sept 17th at 1:00pm- This music class will guide you through the essentials of playing the ukulele. We will explore simple music theory concepts, practice moving from one chord to another, and learn to tune your own instrument. Along the way, we’ll learn a variety of songs chosen to build strumming confidence and timing. Students are encouraged to share song ideas they’d like to try, and there will be plenty of time for questions and support. Please remember to bring your own ukulele to each session. Classes will Start Sept 24th
Beginners start at 12:30pm and Intermediate 2:00pm. Cost for these classes is $ 10 per session.
 
 Returning Programs - Starting the week of the 15th  
 
24 Form Tai Chi- Monday at 9:15am and Friday at 9:30am. Cost is $5 per session.
 
Latin Dance Fitness- Friday at 10:45 am Cost is $5 per session

Lunch around Freddy- Join us on Friday Sept 19th, 11:30 am. At Dennys, 10 Rte 635, Lake George, NB E6K 3P7. Please Sign up by Sept 18th, at noon. If you can offer a drive, please identify how many people you can take.
