​Stepping Stone Senior Centre Without Walls:  Tuesday, June 25th at 2:30 to 3:15. Join us for a moment of mindfulness as you're gently guided through grounding and relaxing meditation techniques. We'll talk about how meditation works and why it's an exceptional tool for mental and emotional wellness. The New Brunswick Financial and Consumer Services Commission is offering a free online course for seniors looking to better protect themselves and others against financial scams and abuse. This is a self-guided e-course that takes roughly an hour to complete.
