The “Rudy Stocek Memorial Breakfast” sponsored by the Stocek Family. Maybe this will be your lucky day like Nov. 2 was for Judith who shared the 50/50 pot of $285 with the Centre. American Mahjongg Social has been cancelled. Craft and Bake Sale - Saturday, December 14 at the Centre from 8:00 to noon. Tables are available for rent at a cost of $10 for members and $20 for non- members. Please call 506-450-7849 to book. The Centre graciously accepts donations of both crafts and baked goods, like a dozen of your favourite cookies or a sweet bread. Gently used Christmas decorations being passed on to someone else is great this time of year. Rest assured we will have a table of jams thanks to Grant Good and perhaps biscuits as well. Hope you will support this fund raising event. Lunch Around Freddy – The Diplomat – Friday, December 13th, at 11:30am. Sign up at the centre by Thursday, December 12th at noon. Make The Season Kind Concert - This event, in support for our Community Food Banks, will take place on Sunday, December 15 at the Intercultural Centre, 26 Saunders St., starting at 2:00 pm. There will be performances by 6 of the Centre’s Musical Programs. Admission is by donation for this very worthy cause. Last year, we raised $1,000. Christmas Social- Wednesday, December 18th at 1:30pm- This is a drop in event. The members of the Writers Group will be reading from their stories. We will have some singing, games and of course treats. Join other members and celebrate the season. Family members are welcome as well. Gift Certificates - Membership Gift Certificates available for 2025. The cost is only $25. These are available at the Centre. Drop by and check an item off your list. Beginner Bridge Lessons- Starting in January, stay tuned for more information.
