Adaptive Yoga – Tuesdays, starting June 3rd?  from 2:00-3:00pm for the month of June. $12
 
Cryptic Crossword Lite – Tuesdays, starting June 3rd for the summer from 1:00-3:00pm.
 
New Program- Urban Sketching- Starting on Wednesday June 4th from 10:00 to11:30am. Presented by Rob Cook, who refers to himself as an Enthusiastic Sketcher. Free. This program will run once a week for 4 weeks: June- 4,11,18, 25.  A sign-up sheet is posted at the Centre if you’d like to join. 
 
Maya Anderson is our summer student and she will be with us until mid-August. She started on May 26 and is working to put together an exciting calendar of programs and activities for you for the summer!  First up, “A Guided Autobiography Group for Older Adults” Fridays, 10:00 – 12:00 starting June 6.  All of us need to believe that our lives have mattered and that we have had a purpose or an impact on the world.  In this Guided Autobiography group, you will explore and share what you have learned from your life experiences. Each session is organized around a theme. Each week we will share our stories and learn from one another.  This is a 12-week program.  Sign-up sheet at the Centre.  FREE!
 
Core Strength – Thursday, June 6th to Aug 21st from 11:30am -12:30pm. 120or 15 per class
 
Monthly Fundraising Breakfast- Saturday, June 7th from 8-11am.  A freshly prepared, hot breakfast for only $10. There also will be our 50/50!

Forum - Let’s Talk About Death and Dying!
Wednesday, June 18th, from 3:00 – 4:00pm.  Sign-up sheet at the Centre. Free and Open to the Public!  As a society we have hidden the reality of this inevitable and monumental event. Through meaningful conversation, a peaceful and dignified journey to end of life is possible for the individual and their loved ones. One guarantee in life - we will all die.  Let’s talk about how to celebrate living until the moment of our death.

Senior Care Symposium: Navigating Care for Seniors (Online) - Wednesday, June 4, 9:00 am-12:00 noon (ADT).  Free of charge.  The morning will bring together a care navigator, a pharmacist, and a lawyer to open the discussion on understanding and supporting those aging (and their family members).

Need help with yard or house work, light construction or repair?  If you could use some volunteer help during the week of July 7-11, read on.  ThereforeGo is a non-denominational, non-profit organization that hosts SERVE sites all across North America. SERVE is a five to seven-day trip that sends high school-age students out to care for and restore their world. The groups consist of 4 - 5 youth and one adult supervisor. Fredericton Christian Reformed Church, 121 McAdam Avenue, will be hosting SERVE this year from place July 7 - 11.  If you have a task that these young people could do and wish to learn more, contact:
