In this program, participants will be guided through a series of Tai Chi movements that promote flexibility, looseness, and coordination of the upper and lower extremities. They will also learn a sitting Tai Chi form, its timing, and be introduced to meditation and breathing exercises. Seniors with disabilities (Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, and Stroke) are welcome to attend. Cost - $32 a month. |

Tuesdays at 2:00 pm, September to May. Adaptive Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support and balance. This style of yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens body awareness. With the aid of a chair, participants learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation, often creating greater physical and mental fitness. Cost - $15 per class or $12 per class if paid upfront. |

Mondays at 10:00 am, September to May. This mixed level Hathaway Yoga program is adapted for older adults. Is designed to build strength, improve balance, and enhance mobility using basic yoga poses, and breathing practices. We will work with the same muscles and joints used in everyday activities and sports to support overall well-being. |

Following an introductory workshop on the use of the Nordic Walking Poles and the proper technique, participants will join a certified an instructor for six weeks of guided walks. Walkers will enjoy 40–60-minute sessions designed to improve fitness throughout the program. Nordic Poles are provided. |

Tuesdays at 11:30 am and Thursdays at 10:30 am. This program focuses on enhancing movement longevity through a system of exercises designed to improve joint mobility and stability from head to toe. Because falls are a common source of injury, the class incorporates balance, core strength, and flexibility to help prevent trips and falls. Cost - $140 for 10 weeks or $15 for drop in. |

This program enhances core strength and mobility endurance through a series of movements influenced by Pilates, Yoga and sports training. The exercises focus on increasing joint mobility and stability from head to toe, incorporating balance, core strength, and flexibility. Participants should be prepared to work both standing and on the floor. Bring your own yoga-style mat and sense of adventure. Cost - $140 for 10 weeks or $15 for drop in. |
