When you arrive, you need to ask to sit at the Charity Table. They don’t sit you there automatically. An easy way to contribute to the Centre!!! PROGRAM - Help With Technology – Fridays – 1:30pm- 3:30pm-Free. Students from NB Community College will guide you through solutions. We hope this program will run until the end of March with 6 members participating every Friday. Please call the centre to register. Your name will be added to the next available Friday, and you will be called to confirm. We are booking now for March 15th and 22nd Workshop - Understanding the Difference Between Cognitive Decline Observed During Normal Aging versus Decline Observed During Mild Cognitive Impairment. Wednesday, March 6 at 3:00 pm. Presented by Dr. Kyle Brymer, Research associate in health with NBCC’s College Office of Research Enterprise. Digital Storytelling with Older Adults: Do you have a story to tell? The Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Narrative at St. Thomas University is looking for participants for a digital storytelling project, which includes working with St. Thomas students to record a short video story about the lives of older adults in NB. In Other News Food Bank Basket- We have a basket in the front lobby for non- perishable items. The contents will be delivered to the Food Bank as the basket is filled. Jam Jars- We are looking for donations of 250 ml jars only. You may drop them off at the Centre.
